Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking, and prior to occupying the property.
  • Guests may be required to provide additional information about the group that will occupy the property, identification documents, and/or a credit card or refundable security/damage deposit.
  • Background checks may be performed, and in some areas are required by local law.
  • Once you book, arrival instructions will be provided.

Property Access

  • Access to this property requires stairs. From the most convenient parking or drop off points, a half flight of stairs up or down is required. There is also a half flight of stairs between the entrance and the elevator.
  • The main level includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, one bathroom, laundry, and the bedroom which includes a Queen and two Twin beds. The condo has a lower level which includes the Queen bedroom and its ensuite bathroom.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 30 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No pets allowed. This is a pet-free condo.
  • Rental Agreement, House Rules, and/or Terms and Conditions must be reviewed and accepted.
  • Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and to disclose any changes, which may result in an increase or decrease to the total cost, and may require a security deposit.
  • If booking for a lengthy stay, contact before booking online to discuss group, dates, rates, and cleaning schedule.

Fees and Payments

  • The standard cleaning fee is for the final cleaning after the rental period ends.
  • For stays of more than one week, a mid-stay cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for each additional week.
  • Some properties use a high occupancy fee for larger groups, which may be reflected in the rate for your group size.

Parking Information

  • One on-site outdoor parking space is available per unit in a private gated lot.
  • Carpooling is recommended, especially during busy seasons.
  • If the parking lot is full, unloading is allowed at the building before parking off-site.
  • Street parking along Ski Time Square Drive is limited to 2 hours by the city.
  • Two paid parking structures are within walking distance (about 5 minutes, mostly flat), at Ski Time Square Drive and Mt. Werner Circle. During ski season 2023/2024, the rate was $50 per day. The rate for ski season 2024/2025 may be at or above $50/day.
  • Free parking may be available in other areas of town, with free buses and taxis providing access to and from these options.

  • Amenities cannot be guaranteed to be available at all times; some amenities may close daily, seasonally, or for maintenance. Please inquire if a specific amenity is crucial for your stay.
  • Most mountain resort properties, including this one, were not built with air conditioning. Fans are provided at most properties. Check weather forecasts and amenities lists for AC or fan availability.
